Neighborhood Associations
There are 11 organized neighborhood associations in Redwood City. Some meet frequently and are
very active, others less so, but all are important points
of contact between the City and the people who live and work
here.
(These City-affiliated Neighborhood Associations are not to be confused with homeowners associations (HOAs) which are organized to manage their own privately-owned developments)
The City offers assistance to these groups, such as helping
with duplication of meeting agendas, or scheduling City staff
to attend to talk about specific projects or issues. These
Associations each have a chairperson as well as a designated
Community Coordinating Activities Team officer assigned by
the Redwood City Police Department to provide support and
information, and serve as a communications conduit.
You are encouraged to find your neighborhood association
and become active with other members of your community!
