boot camp Morning & Evening Boot Camp!
Burn a lot of calories while exercising with a group! Class will include Cardio & Agility Training, Core Movements, Plyometrics, Endurance and Strength Training. Classes are held at Red Morton Park at 6am & 9am Monday, Wednesday & Friday, Saturdays at 9am and Mon & Wed at 7pm at Maximum Fitness! Sign-up in advance, no drop-ins.
